The following sources were used for preparing this page: (1) an outline produced by Fr. Clarence Gallagher SJ on the occasion of the centennial of the Faculty’s erection (1976); (2) the "Liber annualis" of recent decades; (3) the "Ordo anni academici" of recent decades.

The listing indicates the period of actual teaching activity; interruptions in teaching activity are not indicated.

Section "A. Permanent Professors" lists the ordinary and extraordinary professors. The period indicated also includes the years in which the professor in question was not yet a permanent professor.

In section "B. Other Professors" the other professors are listed, with the exception of those who taught in the Faculty of Canon Law of the PUG while they were permanent professors in another academic unit of the Gregorian University or the Oriental Institute.
