Legal Summary
1. Legitime notificato a competenti Curiae Romanae Dicasterio decreto, quo recursus hierarchicus reicitur, termini ad apud Signaturam apostolicam recurrendum peremptorii decurrunt, quidquid de natura iuridica litterarum a procuratore recurrentis ad idem Dicasterium post decretum notificatum datarum et litterarum ab eodem Dicasterio dein receptarum.1. Una volta notificato legittimamente dal competente Dicastero della Curia Romana il decreto con il quale si rigetta il ricorso gerarchico, i termini perentori per ricorrere alla Segnatura Apostolica decorrono, quale che sia la natura della lettera che il procuratore del ricorrente abbia inviato al medesimo Dicastero dopo la notificazione del decreto, e della lettera ricevuta poi dallo stesso Dicastero.
