Canons of the Code 1983
All the canons that are found in the in iure and in the in facto part of the decisions are reported in the sources.

Legal Summary
1. Legem haud violat competens Curiae Romanae Dicasterium quod recursum hierarchicum ob defectum remonstrationis reiciat.
2. Intimatio decreti suppressionis paroeciae omnibus singulis fidelibus minime est necessaria, nam iuxta iurisprudentiam nullo modo requiritur ut ipsum formale decretum suppressionis ipsis paroecianis notificetur, adeo ut communicatio decisionis cum paroecianis per ephemerides peracta sufficiens sit, ad propositionem remonstrationis quod attinet.
1. Non viola la legge il competente Dicastero della Curia Romana che rigetti il ricorso gerarchico per mancanza della rimostranza.
2. Non è assolutamente necessaria la notificazione del decreto di soppressione della parrocchia a tutti e singoli i fedeli; infatti secondo la giurisprudenza non si richiede in alcun modo che lo stesso formale decreto di soppressione sia notificato agli stessi fedeli, in modo tale che sia sufficiente per la rimostranza da presentare che avvenga la comunicazione della decisione (della soppressione) attraverso riviste.
