Legal Summary
1. Ignorantia legis (cf. can. 15, § 2) haudquaquam admitti potest (cf. can. 201, § 2), si et quatenus in ipso decreto impugnato de facultate recurrendi deque termino lege praestituto mentio explicita habeatur.
2. Iuxta legem canonicam a computatione termini de quo in artt. 34, § 1 et 74, § 1 LP dies feriati non eximuntur.
1. L’ignoranza della legge (cf. can. 15, § 2) non può assolutamente essere ammessa (cf. can. 201, § 2), se e per quanto nello stesso decreto impugnato vi sia esplicita menzione della facoltà di ricorrere e del termine a ciò stabilito dalla legge.
2. Secondo la legge canonica i giorni festivi non sono tolti dal computo del termine di cui agli artt. 34, § 1 et 74, § 1 LP.
