Revocato a competenti Curiae Romanae Dicasterio decreto coram Signatura Apostolica impugnato, recursus contentiosus administrativus ratione obiecti defectus cessat et lis finita declaratur (in casu, Dicasterium, cognito motivo quo Congressus recursum ad disceptationem admiserat, recursum hierarchicum, olim reiectum, pertractandum admisit).1. Con la revoca del decreto del competente Dicastero della Curia Romana impugnato presso la Segnatura Apostolica, cessa il ricorso contenzioso amministrativo per mancanza dell’oggetto e la lite è dichiarata finita (nel caso, il Dicastero, conosciuto il motivo per il quale il Congresso aveva ammesso il ricorso alla discussione, ha ammesso alla trattazione il ricorso gerarchico, prima rigettato).
