Nihil impedit quominus decretum admissionis ad disceptationem motivis instruatur. 1. Il Congresso può ammettere alla discussione di fronte al Collegio un ricorso, proposto contro l’ordine di trasferimento, rigettato in limine (nel caso, dopo il rigetto è stato esibito lo statuto della Federazione secondo il quale il trasferimento comandato è subordinato al consenso del sodale). 2.
