Canons of the Code 1983
All the canons that are found in the in iure and in the in facto part of the decisions are reported in the sources.

1. Congressus recursum contra praeceptum translationis in limine reiectum admittere potest ad disceptationem coram Collegio (in casu, post reiectionem exhibita sunt statuta Foederationis iuxta quae praecepta translatio subicitur consensui sodalis).
2. Nihil impedit quominus decretum admissionis ad disceptationem motivis instruatur.
1. Il Congresso può ammettere alla discussione di fronte al Collegio un ricorso, proposto contro l’ordine di trasferimento, rigettato in limine (nel caso, dopo il rigetto è stato esibito lo statuto della Federazione secondo il quale il trasferimento comandato è subordinato al consenso del sodale).
2. Nulla impedisce che il decreto di ammissione alla discussione sia motivato.
