Canons of the Code 1983

Legal Summary
1. Petitio restitutionis in integrum, mutato obiecto processus, nullo modo considerari potest; nam restitutio in integrum, natura sua, sese refert ad aliquid quod in rem iudicatam transierit.1. La domanda di restitutio in integrum non può essere considerata se si muta l’oggetto del giudizio. La restitutio in integrum, infatti, per sua natura si riferisce a quanto è passato in cosa giudicata.
