Canons of the Code 1983
All the canons that are found in the in iure and in the in facto part of the decisions are reported in the sources.

1. Legitimitatem impugnati decreti Dicasterii inficere possunt propositiones recentiores solutionis refectionis ecclesiae vel agnitionis consociationis privatae ex parte Episcopi, quia tempore emanationis decreti impugnati Dicasterii nondum notae erant, sed a recurrentibus tantumrnodo in petitione novae audientiae penes idem Dicasterium exhibitae sunt.
2. Nec considerari potest pecunia inde ab anno 2013 pro structione novae aulae parœcialis colletta, quia sine consensu offerentium aliis finibus destinari non potest.

1. Nulla possono contro la legittimità dell’impugnato decreto del Dicastero le proposte ultime per pagare il restauro della chiesa o il riconoscimento di un’associazione privata da parte del vescovo, perché al momento dell’emanazione dell’impugnato decreto del Dicastero non erano ancora note, ma sono state esibite dai ricorrenti solo nella richiesta del beneficium novae audientiae presso lo stesso Dicastero.
2. Neppure può essere considerata la somma di denaro raccolta dal 2013 per la costruzione di una nuova aula parrocchiale, perché senza il consenso degli offerenti non può essere destinata per altri fini.
