Contractus laboris alicuius religiosi cum quadam dioecesi cadit sub praescripto can. 682, § 2 (cf. can. 1400, § 2); agitur de materia quae sub iurisdictione Ecclesiae cadit. 1. La prospettiva di una pensione di vecchiaia meno lauta non è per un religioso un incomodo così grande da scusare dall’obbedienza; 2. Un contratto di lavoro di un religioso con una diocesi cade sotto il prescritto del can. 682, § 2 (cf. can. 1400, § 2); si tratta di materia che cade sotto la giurisdizione della Chiesa.
