Canons of the Code 1983
All the canons that are found in the in iure and in the in facto part of the decisions are reported in the sources.

1. Dal momento che i precetti imposti al ricorrente verbalmente dal vicario generale sono cessati a norma del can. 58, § 2, per il trasferimento del vescovo diocesano ad altra sede, al di fuori di ogni norma si riprende il ricorso sospeso avverso i medesimi.
