Legal Summary
1. Emissio formalis decreti, quo Institutum religiosum erigitur, est factum et facta probari debent.
2. Cum non agatur de Instituto religioso nec de publica fidelium consociatione, dimissio a privata fidelium consociatione nihil aliud exigit nisi aptam proportionatamque causam.
1. L’emissione del decreto formale, con il quale si erige un istituto religioso, è un fatto e i fatti devono essere provati.
2. Dal momento che non si tratta di un istituto religioso né di un’associazione pubblica di fedeli, la dimissione da una associazione privata di fedeli non richiede altro che una idonea e proporzionata causa.
