Canons of the Code 1983

Legal Summary
1. Proposito recursu adversus reiectionem in limine a Secretario statutam, obiectum recursus ad Congressum est ipsum decretum Secretarii.
2. Ignorantia vel error non praesumitur circa legem quae terminum peremptorium sexaginta dierum statuit ad recursum contentiosum administrativum apud Signaturam Apostolicam proponendum.
1. Se si propone ricorso contro il rigetto in limine stabilito dal Segretario, l’oggetto del ricorso al Congresso è lo stesso decreto del Segretario.
2. Non si presume ignoranza o errore circa la legge che stabilisce il termine perentorio di sessanta giorni per proporre ricorso contenzioso amministrativo alla Segnatura Apostolica.
