Canons of the Code 1983
All the canons that are found in the in iure and in the in facto part of the decisions are reported in the sources.
The canons that constitute the main object of the decision or on which the decision sets out a principle of interpretation are reported in bold.
The canons of the 1983 Code are shown in italics:
- if they do not appear in the text of the decision but if the decision deals with them;

Legal Summary
1. Invitatio Episcopi dioecesani ad contractum in favorem dioecesis subscribendum ex parte parochi non constituit actum administrativum singularem (in casu agitur de mutuo dando ad expensas dioecesis suppeditandas in compositionibus quoad abusus cleri agendis).
2. Non habetur violatio legis cum competens Curiae Romanae Dicasterium recursum hierarchicum reiciat ob defectum praesuppositi, id est actus administrativi singularis
1. Un invito del vescovo diocesano a sottoscrivere da parte del parroco un contratto in favore della diocesi non costituisce atto amministrativo singolare (nel caso si tratta di un mutuo da dare per sopperire alle spese della diocesi nelle composizioni da stipulare in merito agli abusi del clero).
2. Non c’è violazione di legge se il competente Dicastero della Curia Romana rigetti un ricorso gerarchico per mancanza di presupposto, ossia per mancanza dell’atto amministrativo singolare.
