Canons of the Code 1983
All the canons that are found in the in iure and in the in facto part of the decisions are reported in the sources.

Legal Summary
1. Actio iudicati non datur, quamobrem in limine reicienda est, cum auctoritas ecclesiastica dccreta tunc illegitima tantum in procedendo declarata, vitatis vitiis de quibus in sententia exsecutioni mandanda, denuo tulerit.1. L’azione di giudicato non si dà e perciò dev’essere respinta in limine se l’autorità ecclesiastica ha di nuovo emanato gli atti dichiarati prima illegittimi soltanto nella procedura, evitando i vizi di cui alla sentenza da eseguire.
