Legal Summary	1. Argumentis iam ante Congressum denuo in recursu ad Collegium adductis, in decreto definitivo ferendo remittere licet ad impugnatum Congressus decretum. 2. Ad inoboedientiam praecepto translationis sub comminatione subsecuturae dimissionis dato excusandam, impossibilitas physica vel moralis probanda est relate ad praeceptum translationis (in casu ipsa recurrentis patrona codicillum solutionis honorarii ad medicos in civitate M degentes solutum coram Signatura Apostolica exhibuit, quod vero comprobat recurrentem iter peragere posse). Se nel ricorso al Collegio sono di nuovo addotti gli argomenti già addotti prima del Congresso, nel decreto definitivo è lecito rimettere all’impugnato decreto del Congresso. 2. Per scusare la disobbedienza al precetto di trasferimento dato sotto minaccia di conseguente dimissione, si deve provare l’impossibilità fisica o morale relativamente al precetto di trasferimento (nel caso la stessa patrona del ricorrente ha esibito in Segnatura Apostolica la ricevuta di pagamento della parcella di medici della città di M, ciò poi che comprova che il ricorrente può viaggiare).
