Instantia qua restitutio in integrum adversus sententiam definitivam petitur, nulla prorsus habita ratione decreti atque argumentorum quibus in Congressu eadem petitio reiecta est, reicienda est quia proponi non potest. 1. Deve essere rigettata in quanto improponibile la domanda, con la quale si chiede la restitutio in integrum contro una sentenza definitiva, senza fare alcuna menzione del decreto e degli argomenti con i quali in Congresso la stessa domanda è stata rigettata.
