Legal Summary	1. Iudex decernere potest ut sententia exsecutioni demandetur, adversus quam petitio restitutionis in integrum porrecta est (in casu exsecutio sententiae declaratur seu decernitur ex eo quod recursus ad Collegium propositus est nullo argumento oblato adversus decretum quo Congressus petitionem restitutionis in integrum reiecerat). 2. Sententia ad exsecutionem mandata, qua dimissio ab instituto religioso decreta est, sodalis, cessatis votis, tenetur ad congruum mandatum Patrono conferendum necnon ad cautionem pro expensis processualibus solvendam. 1. Il giudice può decidere che una sentenza contro la quale è stata presentata domanda di restitutio in integrum sia mandata ad esecuzione (nel casi si dichiara o decide l’esecuzione della sentenza in quanto senza presentare alcun argomento è stato presentato ricorso al Collegio contro il decreto del Congresso che aveva rigettato la domanda di restitutio in integrum). 2. Mandata ad esecuzione la sentenza, con la quale è stata decisa la dimissione dall’istituto religioso, il sodale, cessati i voti, è tenuto a conferire un congruo mandato al Patrono e a pagare la cauzione per le spese processuali.   French
