Canons of the Code 1983
All the canons that are found in the in iure and in the in facto part of the decisions are reported in the sources.

- if they do not appear in the text of the decision but if the decision deals with them;

Legal Summary
1. Iuxta communem iurisprudentiam officium paroeciale amittitur ob lapsum praefiniti temporis ab Ordinario intimatum, itaque parochus ad tempus determinatum nominatus elapso tempore statuto modo tantum precario in officio permanet, adeo ut sufficiat intimatio ex parte Episcopi ad eius cessationem ab officio efficiendam (cf. can. 186).1. Secondo la comune giurisprudenza l’ufficio parrocchiale si perde alla scadenza del tempo prestabilito intimata dall’Ordinario, e così un parroco nominato a tempo determinato, una volta cessato il tempo stabilito, permane nell’ufficio in modo solo precario, così che per farlo cessare dall’ufficio è sufficiente la notificazione da parte del Vescovo (cf. can. 186).
