Canons of the Code 1983
All the canons that are found in the in iure and in the in facto part of the decisions are reported in the sources.

Legal Summary
1. Sufficit ut bonum animarum de quo in can 1748 inter rationes adducatur ut translatio legitima censeri possit (in casu adducta est necessitas curae pastoralis in quodam nosocomio).
2. Recursus adversus decretum translationis minime suspensionem obligationum, de quibus in can. 1752 coll. cum can. 1747, §§ 1 et 3, secumfert.

1. Perché il trasferimento possa essere considerato legittimo basta che tra le cause si adduca il bene delle anime di cui al can. 1748 (nel caso è stata addotta la necessità della cura pastorale in un ospedale).
2. Il ricorso contro il decreto di trasferimento non comporta la sospensione degli obblighi di cui al can. 1752 collegato con il can. 1747, §§ 1 et 3.
