Legal Summary	1. Ad Signaturae Apostolicae competentiam pertinet videre ut serventur praescripta legis quae respiciunt modum sese gerendi ex parte recurrentis pendente recursus penes eandem Signaturam Apostolicam (in casu ad instantiam utriusque partis Signatura Apostolica urget ut recurrens servet praescriptum pendente recursu servandum vi cann. 1752 et 1747, § 3). 2. Omnino dedecet videre de recursu alicuius qui recusat praescriptis legis quoad ipsum recursum servare. 1. Appartiene alla competenza della Segnatura Apostolica giudicare che si osservino i prescritti della legge che riguardano il modo di comportarsi del ricorrente durante la pendenza del ricorso presso la medesima Segnatura Apostolica (nel caso a istanza di entrambe le parti la Segnatura Apostolica urge che il ricorrente osservi il prescritto da osservare durante la pendenza del ricorso in forza dei cann. 1752 e 1747, § 3). 2. È del tutto sconveniente vedere del ricorso di chi ricusa di osservare i prescritti della legge relativi allo stesso ricorso.
