1. Causae graves ad designationem commissarii habentur irregularitates in administratione bonorum, quae ad consociationem pertinent, patratae, quibus, a competenti auctoritate ecclesiastica moderatori denuntiatis, nec integre nec tempestive provisum sit.

1. Costituiscono cause gravi, per la designazione di un commissario, le irregolarità nell’amministrazione dei beni, che appartengono all’associazione, alle quali, nonostante la notificazione dell’autorità ecclesiastica competente al moderatore, non si sia provveduto né integralmente né tempestivamente.
