Costituiscono cause gravi, per la designazione di un commissario, le irregolarità nell’amministrazione dei beni, che appartengono all’associazione, alle quali, nonostante la notificazione dell’autorità ecclesiastica competente al moderatore, non si sia provveduto né integralmente né tempestivamente.
