Canons of the Code 1983
All the canons that are found in the in iure and in the in facto part of the decisions are reported in the sources.

Legal Summary
1. Competens Curiae Romanae Dicasterium legem non violat cum recursus hierarchicus reiciat ob defectum mandatorum (in casu mandata exhibita fuerant post recursus reiectionem).
2. Ad normam can. 1484, § 2 iudex procuratorem, mandatis nondum exhibitis, ad iuris extinctionem impediendam admittere potest, quin debeat.
1. Non viola la legge il competente Dicastero della Curia Romana che respinga il ricorso gerarchico per mancanza dei mandati (nel caso i mandati furono esibiti dopo il rigetto del ricorso).
2. A norma del can. 1484, § 2, per impedire l’estinzione del diritto, il giudice può, non che debba, ammettere il procuratore che non abbia fino ad allora esibito i mandati.
