1. Decretum pro intimato habetur, si is cui destinatur id accipere recusaverit (in casu, occasione conventus coram Auctoritate Ecclesiastica competenti habiti, decretum reductionis ecclesiae in usum profanum omnibus coadunatis inspiciendum ac legendum oblatum fuerat, at recurrens principalis explicite ad rem respondit se et alios id inspicere nolle).1. Il decreto si dà per intimato se il destinatario abbia ricusato di riceverlo (nel caso, in occasione di un incontro pubblico con la competente Autorità ecclesiastica, fu offerto a tutti i presenti da vedere e da leggere il decreto di riduzione della chiesa ad uso profano, ma il ricorrente principale esplicitamente rispose alla proposta che né lui né gli altri volevano vedere il decreto).
