1. Pendente recursu apud Signaturam Apostolicam contra decretum amotionis a paroecia, Episcopus paroeciam de qua alii valide conferre nequit.	1. While recourse against a decree of removal from a parish is pending before the Apostolic Signatura, the Bishop cannot validly confer the parish in question on another.
