Legal Summary	1. Religio nulla adstringitur obligatione ex iustitia ad quid solvendum cuilibet mulieri sodali quae ex ea egrediatur aut ex ea dimittatur. 2. Excluditur quod Religio, et si tantummodo ex caritate, obligatione adstringatur curandi ut religiosa dimissa vel commode vivere queat, vel toto vitae suae tempore – aut ad tempus longum seu indefinitum – necessaria habeat ad honeste vivendum. Nec aliud censendum est etsi agatur de religiosa dimissa quae iam senuerit et viribus sit destituta ac inhabilis ad laborandum. 1. L’istituto non è tenuto da alcun obbligo di giustizia a pagare somme di denaro a una sodale che abbandoni l’istituto o ne sia dimessa. 2. Si esclude che l’istituto, anche solo a motivo di carità, sia tenuto dall’obbligo di fare in modo che la religiosa dimessa possa vivere agiatamente o abbia il necessario per vivere con decoro per tutto il corso della sua vita – o per un tempo lungo o indefinito. Né si deve ritenere diversamente anche se si tratti di una religiosa dimessa che già sia avanzata negli anni e sprovvista delle forze e inabile ad un lavoro.
