Canons of the Code 1983
All the canons that are found in the in iure and in the in facto part of the decisions are reported in the sources.

Effectus suspensivus, si et quatenus debeatur, viget antequam in Congressu decernatur «utrum recursus admittendus sit ad disceptationem, an reiciendus quia manifeste ipse caret fundamento» (art. 116 Normarum Specialium): ad rem sufficit ipsa recursus propositione legitime facta (artt. 104-107 Normarum Specialium).1. L’effetto sospensivo, se e per quanto previsto, vige prima che nel Congresso si decida «se il ricorso sia da ammettere alla discussione o da respingere perché manchi manifestamente di fondamento» (art. 116 Normae Speciales): allo scopo è sufficiente la semplice presentazione del ricorso legittimamente fatta (artt. 104-107 Normae Speciales).
