Legal Summary
1. Summae a Provincia religiosa parocho eiusdem instituti erogatae ad operam paroecialem aedificandam, dum inefficaciter afferuntur ad demonstrandam comproprietatem, naturam induunt pecuniae mutuo datae. Eandem pecuniam, proinde, paroecia restituere tenetur iuxta ius civile territorii, quod in iure canonico recipitur vi can. 1529.
1. The sums disbursed by the religious Province to the pastor of the same institute for the construction of a parish work, while adduced to no effect to demonstrate co-ownership, take on the nature of money given as a loan. Consequently, the parish is bound to repay that same money according to the civil law of the territory, which is received into canon law by virtue of can. 1529.
