Legal Summary
Even if the administrator has exceeded the limits of his mandate, since the juridical person represented has thereby been enriched, the rule of law applies according to which he who enjoys the benefit must also bear the burden (Reg. 55 in VI°). In a case of «debts», no restitution of money may be exacted from the administrator as a matter of justice and canonical equity, when the money is established to have been spent on restoring the buildings of the represented juridical person and on increasing its revenues.
