Legal Summary	1. Recursus adversus actum, qui non est nisi exsecutio decisionis a Speciali Commissione latae atque a Summo Pontifice in forma specifica adprobatae, a Signatura Apostolica recipi nequit ob incompetentiam absolutam (in casu agebatur de revocata erectione cuiusdam consociationis). 1. La Segnatura Apostolica non può accettare a motivo della incompetenza assoluta il ricorso contro un atto che non è se non l’esecuzione della decisione, emanata da una Commissione Speciale e approvata dal Sommo Pontefice in forma specifica (nel caso si trattava della revoca dell’erezione di una associazione).
