Canons of the Code 1983

1. Ad normam art. 107 Constitutionis Apostolicae Regimini Ecclesiae universae ad Signaturam Apostolicam, quippe quae natura ipsa sua tribunal est ideoque ad contentiones solvendas institutum, tantum controversiae deferri possunt, cuius scilicet obiectum formaliter definitum sit (in casu negotium in statu de quo proprium est muneris vigilandi et moderandi administrationem bonorum ecclesiasticorum, de quo in art. 70 eiusdem Constitutionis Apostolicae).1. A norma dell’art. 107 della Costituzione Apostolica Regimini Ecclesiae universae alla Segnatura Apostolica, che appunto per natura sua propria è tribunale e quindi istituito per risolvere contese, posso essere deferite soltanto controversie, il cui oggetto cioè sia formalmente definito (nel caso la pratica, nello stato in cui è, è propria dell’ufficio di vigilanza e governo dell’amministrazione dei beni ecclesiastici, di cui all’art. 70 della medesima Costituzione Apostolica).
