Canons of the Code 1983
All the canons that are found in the in iure and in the in facto part of the decisions are reported in the sources.

- if they do not appear in the text of the decision but if the decision deals with them;

Legal Summary
1. Competens Curiae Romanae Dicasterium nullam legem violat, recursum reiciens ob remonstrationem omissam ac recursum hierarchicum terminis elapsis propositum.
2. Ad ius ad sustentationem de quo in can. 1350, § 1 vindicandum, clericus assidue probare debet se inopia laborare.
1. Il competente Dicastero della Curia Romana non viola la legge se rigetta un ricorso perché è stata omessa la rimostranza e il ricorso gerarchico è stato proposto fuori termini.
2. Per rivendicare il diritto al sostentamento di cui al can. 1350, § 1, il chierico deve provare in ogni momento di essere in povertà.
