Legal Summary	1. Nulla violatio legis in procedendo habetur si decretum dimissionis ab istituto fertur dum sodalis, post monitiones cum comminatione subsecuturae dimissionis, nec oboediverit nec quidem demonstraverit voluntatem oboediendi, solummodo promiserit se Urbem petituram intra statutum tempus ad quaestionem adhuc disceptandam. 1. Non vi è alcuna violazione della legge in procedendo se il decreto di dimissione dall’istituto è emesso mentre il sodale, dopo le ammonizioni con minaccia di dimissione, non abbia obbedito né peraltro abbia dimostrato la volontà di obbedire, ma solo abbia promesso di venire a Roma entro un tempo stabilito per discutere ulteriormente la questione.
