Legal Summary	1. Christifidelibus patet ius delicta et errores doctrinales apud Ecclesiae Pastores denuntiandi; ex qua tamen denuntiatione nullum sequitur ius ut remedia disciplinaria vel poenalia applicentur, cum id ad solam competentem Ecclesiasticam Auctoritatem pertineat. 2. In casu neglegentiae Ordinarii erga denuntiationes de delictis et erroribus doctrinalibus patet denuntiatio ad ipsam Sanctam Sedem, non autem excitatio publica ad simultatem adversus Ecclesiae Pastores. 3. Can. 50 praeviam auditionem non absolute praescribit (in casu praeterea divulgatio denuntiationum peracta notoria erat). 4. Causa iusta ad praeceptum ferendum iam satis constat quoties admittatur denuntiationes publice divulgatas fuisse imprudentes (in casu praeceptum erat ut falsis denuntiationibus finis imponeretur). 1. È a disposizione dei fedeli il diritto di denunciare ai Pastori della Chiesa delitti ed errori dottrinali; da questa denuncia, tuttavia, non sorge il diritto all’applicazione di rimedi disciplinari o penali; questo appartiene alla sola competente Autorità ecclesiastica. 2. Se l’Ordinario è negligente di fronte alle denunce di delitti e errori dottrinali, è a disposizione la denuncia alla stessa Santa Sede, non però l’istigazione a ribellarsi ai Pastori della Chiesa. 3. Il can. 50 non prescrive in modo assoluto l’ascolto previo (nel caso peraltro l’attività di divulgazione delle denunce era notoria). 4. Già consta sufficientemente della causa giusta ad emettere un precetto quando si ammette che sono state imprudente le denunce pubblicamente divulgate (nel caso fu imposto il precetto di porre fine alle false denunce).   German - French - Portughese
