Canons of the Code 1983
All the canons that are found in the in iure and in the in facto part of the decisions are reported in the sources.

Legal Summary
1. Nomine actus administrativi, quippe qui in processu contentioso administrativo apud Signaturam Apostolicam legitime impugnari possit, comprehendi nequit actus mere confirmativus – a recurrente forte studiose excitatus, i.e. intuitu restitutionis in terminis utilibus ad novum recursum exhibendum – qui exsistentia autonoma caret, quatenus ab ipso actu confirmato pendet: est simplex, mera confirmatio, excluso quolibet elemento novitatis, sive volitivae sive etiam probatoriae, actus administrativi praecedentis ex parte eiusdem auctoritatis (in casu competens Curiae Romanae Dicasterium rescripsit se nihil addendum habere litteris suo tempore missis, quod nequidem uti actus confirmativus haberi posse videtur).
1. Sotto la denominazione di atto amministrativo (quello che può essere legittimamente impugnato nel processo contenzioso amministrativo presso la Segnatura Apostolica) non si può comprendere l’atto meramente confermativo – magari suscitato appositamente dal ricorrente, per riottenere, per esempio, la possibilità di esibire in tempo utile un nuovo ricorso – che manca di esistenza autonoma propria, in quanto dipende dal medesimo atto confermato: è una mera, semplice conferma, dalla quale è escluso qualsiasi elemento di novità, sia rispetto alla volontà sia anche alla prova, dell’atto amministrativo precedente della medesima autorità (nel caso il competente Dicastero della Curia Romana rispose di non aver nulla da aggiungere alla lettera a suo tempo inviata, il che non sembra neppure poter essere considerato atto confermativo).
2. Recursus proinde adversus actum mere confirmativum propositus reiciendus est ob defectum praesuppositi.2. Il ricorso, pertanto, proposto avverso un atto meramente confermativo deve essere rigettato per mancanza di presupposto.
