Canons of the Code 1983
All the canons that are found in the in iure and in the in facto part of the decisions are reported in the sources.
The canons that constitute the main object of the decision or on which the decision sets out a principle of interpretation are reported in bold.
The canons of the 1983 Code are shown in italics:
- if they do not appear in the text of the decision but if the decision deals with them;
- if they correspond to canons of the 1917 Code, of which the decision (prior to 1983) deals.

Other sources

Legal Summary
1. Signatura Apostolica solummodo cognoscit de recursibus adversus actus administrativos singulares, sive a Dicasteriis Curiae Romanae latos sive ab ipsis probatos; qua de re coram eadem Signatura Apostolica proponi non possunt recursus adversus normas generales, sive sint leges sive sint decreta generalia exsecutoria (in casu in dubium vocabatur legitimitas normae generalis a Conferentia Episcoporum Italiae ad rem latae et a Sancta Sede recognitae).1. La Segnatura Apostolica giudica solo dei ricorsi contro atti amministrativi singolari, sia emanati da Dicasteri della Curia Romana sia approvati dai medesimi; di conseguenza non si possono proporre di fronte alla medesima Segnatura Apostolica ricorsi contro norme generali, siano esse leggi siano esse decreti generali esecutivi (nel caso si dubitava della legittimità di una norma generale emanata al riguardo dalla Conferenza Episcopale Italiana con l’autorizzazione della Santa Sede).
