Responses of the Dicastery for Legislative Texts and of other dicasteries

Introduction

• This list tries to include all the responses given by the Dicastery for Legislative Texts (and by the respective previous bodies), both those which have been published officially and the "private" responses, i. e. those which have been communicated only to the respective questioner. For the "authentic interpretations" only the official Latin source is indicated; for the translations see the links below. For the other types of documents of the Dicastery (decrees, declarations, notes, private responses), printed sources and/or internet links are provided.
• Interpretations from before 1983 are only included if they still appear to be juridically significant today.
• Responses given by other dicasteries of the Roman Curia are included only if they regard juridic questions. The responses which have been given by the Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments are not included.
